1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the adepatrade.com website (the “website”), operated by:

These terms cover use of the website only. They are not a supply contract. Our quotations, order acknowledgements, purchase-order conditions and supply contracts are separate documents with their own terms, and they govern any supply of goods or services.

2. Using the website

You may use the website to learn about our services and to send us enquiries and requests for quotation for genuine business purposes. Please do not:

• submit false, misleading or automated enquiries, or enquiries in another person’s name without authority;
• send malicious code, or try to interfere with, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;
• copy or extract website content by automated means, except as permitted by law;
• use the website unlawfully or in a way that infringes the rights of others.

We may restrict access to the website or its forms where reasonably necessary to protect the website or its users.

3. What AdepaTrade does

AdepaTrade is an international business-to-business sourcing and project-supply company for electrical power equipment, including medium-voltage distribution and protection, transformers, compact and package substations, low-voltage distribution and control, critical and backup power, and lighting and infrastructure. We source equipment from manufacturers in Türkiye and internationally and supply it mainly to projects in international markets.

Our customers may be based abroad or in Türkiye, including Turkish companies carrying out projects abroad. The customer’s location, the country where the equipment is manufactured and the project destination are separate matters, and each is confirmed for the specific project.

AdepaTrade is not an EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) or installation contractor. On request, on-site engineering supervision and commissioning support may be arranged under a separately agreed scope. Installation is carried out by the client’s own contractors, and design and engineering responsibility for a project remains with the client and its project engineer.

4. Product information and specifications

Product descriptions, ratings, specifications, diagrams and images on the website are general and indicative. System views are conceptual; they are not single-line diagrams or project designs.

Specifications, ratings, standards compliance, origin and availability depend on the manufacturer, the product variant and the project. They are confirmed for each project in our written quotation and the manufacturer’s documentation. Where the website differs from the manufacturer’s data, the manufacturer’s data govern.

5. Website information, RFQ enquiries and supply contracts

• Website information is general information only. Nothing on the website is an offer to sell.
• An RFQ or enquiry sent through the website is a request for information or a quotation. It is not an order and does not create a contract. The reference number you receive identifies your request only.
• A binding supply contract arises only from separate written documents, such as an accepted quotation, purchase order, order acknowledgement or supply contract, each governed by its own terms. If those documents conflict with these website terms, those documents prevail for the transaction concerned.

6. Intellectual property

The website’s text, layout, design, graphics and other content created by or for AdepaTrade are owned by AdepaTrade or used under licence and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view the website and print or save pages for your own internal business use in connection with an enquiry to us. Any other copying, distribution or commercial use requires our prior written permission.

“AdepaTrade” is the brand under which ADEPA ELEKTRONİK TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ operates.

7. Third-Party Trademarks and Manufacturer References

Manufacturer names, product names, trademarks, logos and product images shown on this website belong to their respective owners.

We show them only to identify equipment brands and product types and to describe the sourcing capability we offer. Their appearance does not mean that AdepaTrade is an exclusive representative, authorised distributor, appointed agent or partner of any manufacturer, or that any manufacturer endorses AdepaTrade, unless we expressly say so for a named manufacturer. Whether a specific brand can be supplied for your project is confirmed in our quotation.

Product images illustrate equipment types and do not show AdepaTrade projects unless we expressly say so.

This section does not grant anyone, including AdepaTrade, any right to use any third-party trademark, logo or image. If you hold rights in a trademark or image shown on this website and have a question about its use, please contact adepa@adepatrade.com.

8. Third-party websites

The website may link to or refer to websites operated by others, such as manufacturers. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices; their own terms apply.

9. Limitations

We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information, and we cannot guarantee that all content is complete or current at all times, or that the website will always be available without interruption or error.

Equipment selection, design and procurement decisions should rely on the project-specific confirmation described in sections 4 and 5, not on website content alone. As far as permitted by applicable law, AdepaTrade is not liable for loss arising solely from reliance on general website content without that confirmation.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Our responsibilities in a supply transaction are set out in that transaction’s quotation and contract documents.

10. Privacy

How we process personal data, including RFQ data and cookies, is explained in our Privacy Policy and KVKK Information Notice.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its date and applies from publication.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The competent courts and enforcement offices are determined by the applicable rules of Turkish law. Claims against AdepaTrade may be brought before the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul Anadolu, where our registered office is located. Where the law permits a jurisdiction agreement and such an agreement has been validly made with us (for example between merchants, in writing), the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul Anadolu are the agreed forum. Nothing in this section affects any mandatory rule of law that gives jurisdiction to another court, including rules on exclusive jurisdiction and rules protecting consumers. Disputes arising from a supply transaction are governed by the governing-law and jurisdiction provisions of that transaction’s documents (see section 5).

13. Language

These terms are published in Turkish and English. If the two versions differ, the Turkish version prevails.
