ABOUT ADEPATRADE

Who We Are

ISTANBUL · INTERNATIONAL SOURCING · PROJECT SUPPLY

Conceptual illustration of international equipment sourcing: three professionals reviewing plans in front of a world map of supply routes and a container port.

AdepaTrade is an Istanbul-based, international, multi-brand electrical power equipment sourcing and project supply business.

We work with manufacturers in Türkiye and internationally across six solution families: medium-voltage distribution and protection, transformers, compact / package substations, low-voltage distribution and control, critical and backup power, and lighting and infrastructure.

Technical understanding of the equipment, combined with access to multiple manufacturers, lets us evaluate options around your project’s technical and commercial needs.

We serve electrical and MEP contractors, EPC companies, engineering firms, project developers, investors and industrial customers.

OUR ROLE

Our Role in Your Project

AdepaTrade connects your electrical requirements with suitable manufacturers and keeps technical and commercial decisions connected from enquiry to delivery.

Equipment is supplied for installation by your appointed contractors. On request, AdepaTrade can arrange on-site engineering supervision and commissioning support under a separate scope.

01

Technical understanding

Project requirements are reviewed against equipment ratings, interfaces, standards and application conditions.

02

Manufacturer sourcing

Suitable manufacturers and product options are identified and shortlisted for each requirement.

03

Equipment selection support

Scope, technical deviations, documentation and commercial terms are clarified so you can compare offers and select equipment on a consistent basis.

04

Coordinated project supply

Procurement and delivery coordination keep the equipment package moving from award through to site delivery.

HOW WE WORK

Working Principles

These principles guide how we handle every enquiry, from the first requirement to delivery.

01

Clarity before options

Understand the project’s technical and commercial requirements before presenting sourcing alternatives.

02

Stated deviations

Identify material differences between requested specifications and proposed equipment so they can be evaluated before procurement decisions.

03

Follow-through

Maintain coordination across technical clarification, manufacturer communication and the agreed supply process.

SUPPLY PHILOSOPHY

Our Supply Philosophy

AdepaTrade sources electrical power equipment through a multi-brand network, without exclusive partnerships or distributorships, so selection can be driven by technical suitability, compliance and commercial competitiveness.

01

Multi-brand flexibility

Access to multiple international and Türkiye-based manufacturers, so options can be evaluated around the project rather than a single catalogue.

02

Technical suitability

Ratings, interfaces, environment and application needs come first when comparing manufacturer and product options.

03

Compliance

Equipment is sourced with attention to applicable standards, documentation and the compliance expectations of the project and destination market.

04

Commercial competitiveness

Offers are coordinated so technical fit and commercial terms can be weighed together, not in isolation.

05

Coordinated supply

Where a project needs more than one system — for example MV switchgear, transformers, LV distribution and backup power for one site — supply can be coordinated through one sourcing relationship.
